A topographic survey is similiar to a property survey. The primary difference is that a topographic survey includes three dimensional data. This data is used to create contours. We have been repeatedly lauded for the quality of our topographic work. Topographic Surveys are typically done for engineers during site plan work and are much more costly than property surveys.
